Our employees are very important to us! The managers of DELTA use anonymous employee surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and ask their opinions on a wide variety of company matters. In the annual appraisals the short and long-term development of the employee and suitable further training opportunities in the DELTA Academy are discussed. The interests and potential of the employee are balanced against the possibilities and opportunities within the company.
